Bill is located in Toronto and joins us with over 25 years experience in the stock transfer industry. Bill applies his extensive industry knowledge and network of contacts to the development of new products and services and the compliance implementation on amended regulatory requirements He sits on the board of directors of the Securities Transfer Association of Canada (STAC) and is a past president of STAC and a past member of the board of directors of the Securities Transfer Association in the U.S.
Sangita has been with Corporate & Shareholder Services since its inception and has been integral in the development of its policies, systems, and protocols. Having dedicated over 20 years in the corporate services industry, she works closely with our clients and the client services team proactively managing our clients' ever changing corporate and regulatory requirements. Gail joins us bringing with her over 35 years of diverse industry experience. She holds numerous industry designations, and has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course along with the Certified Financial Planners program. Gail’s strong analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the securities industry ensure her ability to effectively oversee our operational requirements.
Dean has been in the corporate securities industry for over 15 years and has worked with a broad range of issuers in guiding them through transactions of varying intricacies. His comprehensive background together with his high regard for professionalism has positioned him well to lead our client services team in proactively managing our clients' ever changing corporate and regulatory requirements.
Rachel has been with Olympia Trust for over ten years and has honed her skills in most aspects of our business from securities operations, client services, employee plans, distributions to systems development. Rachel's diverse knowledge allows her to manage the Corporate Actions team in the administration of corporate reorganizations, disbursements and employee plans with the highest level of proficiency.
Richard, located in Toronto, has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and in stock transfer for over 10. He is the past Secretary-Treasurer of the Securities Transfer Association of Canada and sits on various Boards of Directors that advocate positions favorable to publicly traded companies.
