Escrow / Pooling Agreements
Olympia Trust ensures that all assets are received, securely deposited and dealt with pursuant to the terms and conditions of the agreement. Our extensive knowledge in the administration of such agreements makes us a dependable resource for companies and their escrow or pool securityholders when looking for direction on the provisions of the agreement.
In cases where the securities are being released, we will ensure that mailing addresses are current; the most efficient and cost effective means of distribution is utilized and adhere to all special handling requests. All releases, transfers, pledges, cancellations, or other occurrences will be dealt with in a proficient and expedient manner once the necessary conditions have been met or approvals have been obtained.
Special Warrants / Warrants
Olympia Trust works closely with the issuer and/or its legal counsel to ensure all facets of the indenture and warrant certificate are feasible from an administrative point of view. Millions of dollars of trust funds have been deposited with Olympia Trust, administered and released pursuant to the terms of various indentures. Our experience in this area allows Olympia Trust to handle special warrants and warrants in a precise and competitively priced manner.
Bonds and Debentures
Olympia Trust has been appointed to act as Trustee for a wide range of debt instruments such as Secured Bonds, Subordinated Debentures and Convertible Debentures. From the initial draft through the execution of the Indenture, we work closely with the issuer and/or its legal counsel to ensure the needs of all parties are addressed.
Income and Royalty Trusts
Olympia Trust has worked with our clients from the creation of a new income trust or the transition from an existing trustee as successor trustee. Olympia Trust works closely with all parties to ensure the supplemental agreements are reviewed and executed in a timely manner. We set up of the necessary infrastructure and protocol for servicing the unique needs of each trust and their securityholders.
Voting Trusts
From the review and administration of the trust documents, Olympia Trust ensures the beneficial holders of the trust have their opportunity to vote on all matters eligible under the agreement. We work with all the parties involved to ensure all rights are adhered to and the proper protocol is followed for any exchange features or releases out of the trust.
